5th ANNUAL WESTWOODFEST PLANNING UNDERWAY! 

SPONSORS, PARTICIPANTS, AND VOLUNTEERS WANTED! 

 

Westwood residents are invited to save the date for the fifth annual community celebration, WestwoodFest, on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 2:00 - 6:00 pm at Veterans Memorial Park. The event is co-hosted by Celebrate Westwood and the Borough of Westwood. 

 

With a focus on building community spirit and celebrating local volunteerism, WestwoodFest is a family-friendly afternoon featuring live music, games, inflatable attractions, arts and crafts, and a chance to interact with civic organizations.  In addition to celebrating the Westwood community, WestwoodFest will recognize the 250th Anniversary of the United States with patriotic themed attractions and games for children and a special historical reenactment showcasing life in early America.  

 

This year’s WestwoodFest will also include a showcase of local non-profit organizations and businesses.  All interested sports organizations, civic groups, and businesses are invited and encouraged to register and participate onsite with information tables and special activities.  Licensed Westwood food businesses are also invited to participate as on-site concession vendors making the afternoon a one-stop destination.  

 

Residents interested in volunteering to assist on the day of the event or in helping to secure local sponsors with event branding opportunities are encouraged to email celebratewestwood@gmail.com.
