The Borough of Westwood is inviting residents to step back in time through America 250 in Westwood, a yearlong, community-wide initiative commemorating the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States. Supported by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Westwood, the program brings together municipal leadership, local organizations, and volunteers to celebrate American history while strengthening community connections.

WestwoodWide Garage Sale Returns!
Westwood Wide Garage Sale returns on Saturday, April 25 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Residents are encouraged to celebrate Earth Day (April 22) by upcycling their goods to keep them out of landfills. To encourage sustainable creativity in honor of Earth Day, the Celebrate Westwood Arts Hub, in collaboration with the Westwood Public Library, is proud to announce the return of the Celebrate Westwood Art Supply Swap. Applications For Local Musical Buskers Open Now!
Celebrate Westwood is seeking musicians and performers for the 2026 Music on the Avenues season which begins on June 6 and continues through September 2026. Musicians of all ages are invited to submit an application for consideration for the 7th season of live performances on the sidewalks of downtown Westwood. Artists do not need to be Westwood residents, however, local applicants will be given priority of selection. Soloists and duos are preferred.
